- Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE plans, procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
- Ensure contractors comply with approved safety procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Monitor emergency preparedness and ensure emergency response procedures are implemented.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, inspection logs, and incident statistics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for project management and clients.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in construction projects, preferably with engineering consultants in the UAE.
- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent certification preferred.
