Main Purpose of Role

Support Asia in delivering the AOP and 5Y plan by leading cross-functional execution, capturing growth opportunities and mitigating business risks.

Translate regional priorities into clear actions, owners, timelines and expected outcomes; steer delivery and provide transparent performance reporting. Lead business and operational projects across Asia, including regulatory risk mitigation, new-business integration, M&A and in-licensing initiatives.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

AOP delivery and business performance

• Lead the prioritization and execution of critical action plans and Must Win Battles required to deliver the Asia AOP.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration of new businesses and successfulexecution of launches.
• Establish project governance, teams, actions, owners, timelines and expectedbusiness outcomes for each priority.
• Track performance through clear KPIs and monthly reporting; anticipate deviations and drive mitigation actions.
• Provide actionable insights to Asia leadership and drive continuous improvement.

5Y growth projects

• Shape and prioritize strategic growth projects with Marketing Portfolio and Asia management.
• Build and steer regional project roadmaps, including M&A, in-licensing and other Asia growth opportunities.
• Align cross-functional resources, resolve delivery roadblocks and ensure achievement of agreed outcomes.

Sales operations and operational excellence

• Lead Asia adoption of Sales Forecast processes and the transition to o9 in line with global guidance.
• Drive the Asia operational excellence agenda and strengthen process discipline, visibility and decision-making.
• Capture customer and team feedback across Sales, Marketing Customer, Supply and other functions to improve processes and business delivery.
• Act as the Asia Sales Operations focal point and contribute to cross-regional Sales Operations priorities and best-practice sharing.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Significant project and business-steering experience in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, translate data into insights and mitigate risks
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex priorities, influence senior stakeholdersand balance strategy, excellence and operations
• Strong planning, governance, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management and data-visualization tools; experience with sales forecasting processes is an advantage
• High standard of written and spoken English
• Core leadership competencies: drives results, plans and aligns, builds effective networks and stimulates team engagement
