Job description About the role Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline positions, including job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, interview coordination, and offer communication. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand job responsibilities and hiring requirements for frontline roles, and develop recruitment channels for blue-collar hiring. Work closely with business stakeholders to clearly understand job responsibilities and hiring requirements for frontline roles

Develop, maintain, and expand recruitment channels for blue-collar hiring

Effectively utilize both online and offline recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, and on-site job fairs

Establish and manage employee referral programs to encourage internal talent recommendations

Leverage social media platforms (e.g. WeChat, TikTok) to enhance employer branding and promote job opportunities

Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and provide a positive, responsive candidate experience

Support offer discussions, coordinate onboarding schedules, and assist with background checks

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as interview attendance, offer acceptance rates, and turnover data

Prepare regular recruitment reports and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control

About you Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines

Familiarity with blue-collar recruitment channels and hiring practices in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or labor-intensive sectors is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage frontline employees from diverse backgrounds

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset
