We are looking for a Legal, Licensing & Regulatory Affairs Officer to handle corporate legal, licensing, medical device regulatory affairs, contract management, and legal requirements for business projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage OSS, NIB, LKPM, and corporate legal matters.
• Handle IDAK, CDAKB, AKL, and e-Catalog processes.
• Communicate and follow up directly with Ministry of Health and relevant regulators.
• Collect and review regulatory documents from Principals and Manufacturers, including LOA, POA, CFS, CE, ISO 13485, and other AKL requirements.
• Assist with contract drafting, contract review, MoU, NDA, Distribution Agreement, PKWT/PKWTT, and legal documents.
• Conduct contract risk analysis and provide recommendations.
• Support legal documentation for tenders, hospital registration, sales, and business projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Experience in Legal, Licensing, Regulatory, or Contract Management.
• Knowledge of medical device licensing is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with IDAK, CDAKB, AKL, e-Catalog, and OSS is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, document management, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating with government regulators.
• Good English communication skills are a strong advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
