Overview: 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences .
Location: Smyrna, GA proudly serving the greater Atlanta area,
Pay: $23–$30/hr+ ($11 base + Profit Sharing + Tips) including:
- Overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses
Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
Keep trucks clean and organized
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Strong communication and customer service skills
21+ Years and older
Valid driver's license
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule:
8–12 hour shifts
1 weekend shift and 3-4 weekday shifts expectations
