OPERATIONS MANAGER (Based in Bali)

Zemara Deep Cleaning Service is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help us build and lead our professional cleaning operations in Ubud. We are looking for someone who is responsible, capable of leading a team, and committed to maintaining consistently high service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate cleaning teams
- Conduct quality control and implement SOPs
- Train staff and plan daily operations
- Communicate with clients
- Manage equipment and cleaning supplies
- Help build and continuously improve operational processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in housekeeping, professional cleaning, or hospitality
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and hands-on working style
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good working proficiency in English
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
Strong advantage: Experience in hotels, villas, resorts, or professional cleaning services.
