Sales Representative – Heavy-Duty Vehicle Spare Parts & Commercial Solutions

About the Company
Our client is a leading international provider of Heavy-Duty Vehicle (HDV) Spare Parts and Eco Commercial Solutions (ECS), delivering high-quality products and technical solutions to customers across the commercial vehicle industry. As part of its continued expansion in East Africa, the company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join its Nairobi team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
Promote and sell the company's range of heavy-duty vehicle spare parts and technical solutions.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's commercial objectives.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial offers, and follow up until successful order completion.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Prospect new customers and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with logistics and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
Profile Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Heavy-Duty Vehicle (HDV) Spare Parts, commercial vehicles, automotive parts, or a related technical industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts and customer applications. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
Fluent in English.
Additional languages such as French, Arabic, or Spanish are considered an advantage.
