Office Coordinator
Office Coordinator
Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to help keep our Omaha office stocked, tidy, and running smoothly. You'll be the friendly, familiar face who makes sure the coffee's brewing, the snacks are stocked, and the space looks and feels great every time a Workshopper walks through the door.
This is a part-time, hands-on role – a great fit for someone who takes pride in the small details that make a big difference, and who likes checking things off a list.
As the Office Coordinator, you will:
Stock snacks, coffee, and supplies across our main and 3rd floor spaces, every day
Unload/load the dishwasher daily
Wipe down counters, glass doors, and whiteboards to keep shared spaces looking fresh
Collect packages and take out the trash daily
Do a quick daily fridge tidy, plus a deeper clean every other week
Set up chairs for weekly meetings on Tuesdays
Handle weekly inventory and ordering for office supplies
Keep our storage closet and swag organized
Assemble furniture, decor, and other items as needed
Water the office plants
Deep clean the coffee machine and fridge every other week
Flag anything the office needs during a quick monthly check-in
To be successful in this position, you'll need:
To be reliable and consistent — this role keeps the office running smoothly, so follow-through matters
Comfort working independently and managing your own checklist
A keen eye for detail, tidiness, and organization
The ability to lift and move light boxes or furniture (up to ~25–30 lbs)
A friendly, can-do attitude
Availability for a consistent 3-hour shift, 5 days a week (mornings or afternoons)
Compensation & Hours:
$20/hour
~15 hours/week: 3 hours/day, Monday–Friday, mornings (8-11am) or afternoons (3-6pm)
Potential for extra hours during quarterly company off-sites to assist with setup, teardown, and catering needs behind the scenes.
Part-time, hourly position based in our Omaha office
