KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Establish a thorough understanding of the current business, application and information architecture landscape, and ensure it is appropriately documented
- Supported by LBA, establish thorough understanding of core business needs in order to support future operating models
- Understand Adecco’s global application ecosystem and corresponding roadmaps, and how these affect the future Nordics application landscape
•Describe the future Nordics business, application and information architecture and secure stakeholder buy-in •Build roadmaps from current to future landscapes at sufficient detail to support program scheduling and business case development

- Oslo or Stockholm
PROFILE
- Architecture professional with 10+ years’ experience from the fields of enterprise/business and solution architecture, of which last several years spent in senior roles in business change and IT project settings.
- Senior profile with strong foundation in the business architecture aspects of Enterprise Architecture but broad experience from application and information architecture, and solutioning in general
- Solid foundation in relevant professional frameworks and professional gravity to contribute to global methodology and tooling. Formal training/certification.
- SalesForce experience an advantage, but not a requirement.
