Site Manager

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience proven experience in overall site management, finishing, snagging, and de-snagging works, with the ability to take full responsibility for site execution and delivery.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and control multiple site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and in-house teams across multiple villas.

Excellent coordination with project management, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Strong manpower planning and resource management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve site issues and coordinate solutions effectively.

Strong understanding of construction procedures, site safety requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
