Assistant Construction Manager [SL]

We are looking for an experienced construction professional to support the Project Manager in overseeing assigned sections of a construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned project activities to ensure timely completion according to the master programme.
• Prepare detailed work schedules and monitor project progress.
• Implement quality, EHS, ISO and environmental management requirements.
• Ensure construction works meet clients' and consultants' standards and comply with relevant authority requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients on technical matters and resolve site-related issues.
• Oversee technical submissions, including shop drawings, material samples and related documentation.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensure compliance with project schedules and contractual requirements.
• Manage costs for assigned works and ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
• Lead and supervise assigned team members to maintain productivity and teamwork.
• Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets and successful project delivery.
