Tasks:

- Calculate cost of travel and accommodations.
- Handle reimbursement in case of transportation and hotel reservations cancellation.
- Recommend suitable products.
- Investigate new travel areas, hotels and other amenities.
- Manage difficult situations with customers.
- Perform general office duties.
- Sell travel products and travel insurance.
- Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events.
- Attend to cancellations and schedule changes.
- Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system.
- Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs.
