Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage air-conditioning servicing, maintenance, repair and installation works.
- Lead and supervise air-con technicians and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve air-conditioning system issues.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with customers, suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure all servicing and installation work meets required quality and safety standards.
- Prepare basic job reports and update customers on work progress.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in air-conditioning servicing, maintenance and installation.
- Minimum 10 years of driving experience.
- Valid Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence.
- Minimum Secondary 4 / GCE O-Level qualification.
- Able to supervise technicians and work independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel to different job sites in Singapore.
- Relevant air-conditioning technical experience and qualifications will be an advantage.
