Senior Site Engineer (Civil / Architectural)

- Supervise and monitor all construction activities on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate between civil, architectural, and MEP trades to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth project progress.
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify workmanship quality, construction methods, and work sequence.
- Supervise subcontractors’ performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Monitor materials delivery, usage, and site storage to minimize waste and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with Procurement for material requirements and site construction needs.
- Coordinate with the Technical Office for design clarifications, RFI submissions, and shop drawing updates.
- Review and validate subcontractors’ shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical on-site solutions in coordination with relevant teams.
- Ensure all civil works are executed according to quality standards, project specifications, and consultant requirements.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure safe work practices are followed by subcontractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Arch. Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in civil site supervision, preferably in residential projects,
- Strong site supervision and management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of materials specifications, and quality requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, details, BOQs, and method statements.
- Effective communication and coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Ability to detect execution issues early and provide technical solutions to avoid rework or delays.
- Strong reporting skills, documentation control, and progress tracking.
- Good understanding of quality, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Good command of MS Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple site tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Cairo Residence is a must.
