Manager - Growth and AI Strategy [CCP for ICT Professionals (Data and AI)]
About the job
UXArmy is a Singapore-based user research and testing platform (est. 2012), built around UserAdvocate — a verified respondent panel spanning 20+ APAC markets in 16 languages, trusted by MetLife, Standard Chartered, Ipsos, Grab, BCG, Agoda, Visa, UOB, SEEK and Lazada.
This is a newly created role sitting across growth, applied AI and market expansion — not a continuation of an existing function, but a single accountable seat consolidating what's currently spread thinly across the founder and existing staff. UXArmy has set a goal to multiply revenue by the end of 2027, opening the US market alongside its Singapore home base, and treating AI as a strategic capability rather than a buzzword. We're looking for someone with a challenger mindset — commercially sharp, comfortable owning a number, and willing to build the playbook rather than inherit one.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Performance
- Own UXArmy's growth hacking strategy end-to-end — decisive, instrumented bets run on a disciplined build-measure-iterate cycle.
- Push Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) up and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) down through pricing, packaging and monetisation strategy.
- Turn retention, renewals and advocacy into a compounding growth engine within the existing customer base.
- Own and report on the metrics that matter — ARPU, ARR/MRR, expansion revenue, net and gross revenue retention, average contract value, price realisation.
Market Expansion (Singapore & US)
- Own in-market commercial execution in the US — building and closing pipeline directly, not coordinating it remotely from Singapore.
- Build and manage direct relationships with US clients and partners, representing UXArmy in the room.
- Deliver a measurable US expansion plan — pipeline built, deals closed, market presence established against agreed targets.
- Close leads already moving in the Singapore pipeline, working alongside the founder and existing sales.
Applied AI Strategy
- Identify and lead AI pilots across UXArmy's own product, research operations and go-to-market motion, from concept through to adoption.
- Set a practical AI-adoption roadmap — what to build, what to buy, what to leave alone — grounded in direct delivery experience rather than vendor narratives.
- Bring structured AI-implementation practice into a research-tech business sitting directly adjacent to AI-driven category disruption.
Commercial & Investor Relations
- Co-own the funding and positioning narrative with the founder, including input into materials used with investors.
- Diagnose where the business is bleeding revenue across the product and site experience, and drive the fixes directly.
- Set direction for content and GEO (generative-engine optimisation) — positioning, information architecture, what gets published — with day-to-day execution staying with the existing content team.
Requirements
- Senior product background with genuine commercial fluency — owned outcomes across product, content and go-to-market rather than a single discipline, comfortable being measured on business metrics rather than design output alone.
- Direct client- and investor-facing experience.
- Comfortable operating with minimal process in a small team, across a role that isn't siloed by function.
Preferred Qualifications
- Structured coursework in growth hacking and product/CX analytics (e.g. Growth Hacking for Product Managers, Product Analytics for CX/UX Optimisation).
- A professional qualification in digital marketing or equivalent.
- Applied research methods that go beyond the conventional CSAT and NPS.
- Hands-on delivery of applied AI tooling — not just familiarity with AI products, but direct experience building and shipping AI-enabled systems (for example, tooling that codifies expert judgement for a team).

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is converting into growth and AI strategy from an adjacent discipline — bringing transferable seniority and commercial judgement rather than a conventional growth-marketing résumé. Because this role sits across growth strategy, applied AI and US market entry rather than inside any one discipline alone, UXArmy expects a structured on-the-job training period for a candidate converting in from a senior product background, to build the growth-hacking, AI-implementation and in-market commercial capability this role and this market require.
