Job Summary We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within a residential building in North Vancouver, near the auto-mall. The new team member is onsite to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors of the property. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
• Clean and sanitize the single restroom in the lounge area, and all common areas to meet health and safety standards
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Additional in-suite cleaning may be required. This will be paid as additional time spent.

• Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a community environment
• Reliable work ethic with punctuality and professionalism
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
• Good command of the English language

What we offer

Pay: $18.60-$19.00 per hour

Other

We are looking to fill two positions. One position will be Monday to Friday and the other to cover both Saturday and Sunday. Both positions will be a shift length of 5 hours per day, from approximately 8:30am - 1:30pm. Different allocation of days may be discussed.
