Entry-Level Team Manager

About the Role We are seeking an Entry-Level Team Manager to oversee small operational teams working on international projects. This role focuses on team coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities Manage and support a team of field or remote employees

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality standards

Act as the main point of contact between team members and project stakeholders

Provide guidance, onboarding, and basic training to new team members

Track progress and report on team performance and project status

Ensure compliance with project guidelines and timelines

Requirements Strong leadership potential and communication skills

Ability to motivate and manage a team

Organized, reliable, and proactive approach to work

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems

Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

Comfortable working with and processing large data sets

Proficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily work

Previous coordination/ volunteering or team support experience is a plus

Languages English (at least B2) – required

Ukrainian (native) – required

Additional languages – a plus
