Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team, solve problems, and enforce company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and monitor the performance of workers to ensure productivity.

Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard.

Train and guide workers to improve their skills and meet job requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor work quality and perform quality control checks.

Resolve conflicts between team members and address any performance issues.

Communicate effectively with management, providing updates and reporting issues as they arise.

Manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during shifts.

Ensure proper use of equipment and tools, and organize ,maintenance when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar leadership role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.

Basic computer skills (for reporting, scheduling,etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the specific industry (construction).

Certification in safety management or relevant qualifications.
