JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for delivering a seamless and exceptional patient experience by coordinating patient referrals, appointments, admissions, and care journeys. The role liaises with doctors, patients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery, resolve operational issues, and provide personalized support throughout the patient's healthcare journey
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive patient referrals and revenue growth by building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, insurers, corporate clients, and healthcare partners.
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end patient journeys, ensuring a seamless and premium experience from enquiry to discharge.
- Lead admission and operational coordination across internal teams to ensure efficient, timely, and smooth patient care delivery.
- Monitor referral, billing, and revenue processes, working closely with Finance and operational teams to ensure accurate revenue capture and compliance.
- Develop, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships while serving as a key liaison between Thomson Medical and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and business performance through process enhancements and data-driven recommendations.
- Support business unit initiatives, networking events, stakeholder engagements, and BU related corporate activities to strengthen Thomson Medical's market presence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, patient services, hospitality, insurance, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage patients, doctors, and partners effectively.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in patient referrals, admissions, healthcare operations, medical concierge services, or insurance processes will be an advantage.
