Job Purpose To contribute to building and enhancing the company’s corporate image by managing relationships with government and external entities, representing the company professionally, and supporting corporate communication efforts. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relations with government authorities and various external organizations.

Corporate Representation: Represent the company in official meetings, ceremonies, and events.

Official Communications: Prepare and follow up on official correspondence, letters, and documentation.

Event & Visit Planning: Organize external events, visits, and meetings, as well as host guests and manage corporate gatherings.

Brand Strategy: Support corporate communication activities and reinforce the brand’s corporate identity.

General PR Tasks: Handle related operational duties, including attending functions, managing official outreach, and nurturing key stakeholder relationships.

Proven Expertise: A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Communications, Media Relations, or a related field, demonstrating a strong track record of success.

Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability in Public Relations and Public Relations (PR) strategy, with a keen understanding of media landscapes and public perception.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal Communication Skills , with proven experience in Content Creation , crafting compelling narratives, and engaging effectively in Media Relations .

Qualifications & Requirements Education: Relevant Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Proven professional experience in Public Relations.

Key Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Style: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Integrity: Excellent personal reputation, high integrity, and proven trustworthiness.

References: Provision of two (2) recommendation letters (from a government/public entity, a previous private-sector employer, or a notable public figure).
