Tekapo Springs is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Our small and vibrant village is a popular tourist destination with year-round outdoor activities in a stunning alpine environment. Your tasks
You will be our customer's first point of contact with the smile, energy and the know how to start their visit off in true Tekapo Springs fashion.
The successful candidate will work full-time, including weekends and occasional evenings. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs and going above and beyond to provide helpful information and the ideal product to enhance their experience.
