Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (Commercial Building/ Building Services)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise M&E technicians and oversee the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems, including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, inspections, contractor performance, service contracts, and statutory compliance.
• Manage maintenance contracts, ad-hoc repair works, and CAPEX projects, including budgeting, tendering, quotation evaluation, contractor coordination, and project execution.
• Review tenant fit-out and renovation submissions, address maintenance requests, and ensure works comply with statutory, building, M&E, and EHS requirements.
• Monitor utilities and prepare management reports while maintaining accurate records of maintenance, contracts, inspections, statutory compliance, and asset performance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E building services or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.
• Strong initiative, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
