Job Description
Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated, including receiving, creating, and distributing the quote to the client
Download customer inquiries and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, SisCommerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager
Requirements:
Good spoken and written English
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
Able to work under constant deadline pressure
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Fast and accurate typing skills
