. Ensuring all machines are functioning efficiently

• Involve in problem solving issues with clients
• Staff attendance and scheduling

• In charge of training and overseeing the operations
• Doing daily QC checks

• Ensure safe work and hygiene procedures are implemented tocontrol risks
• Able to be hands on and help in operations, in Includingcarpentry work

• Responsible to ensure all staffs meet their jobexpectations
• Liaising and coordinate with inter-departments to resolveissues

• Making sure staff following SOP process
• Lead a team in achieving efficient production and ensureproduct quality and maximize of resources

• Any other duties as may be assigned
