Facilities Engineer, Cleanroom (JR13616)

OUR ROLE

To manage facilities cleanroom system comprising of ACMV (Make-up air, temperature control valve temperature, dry coil), fan filter unit, ionizer, building element.

Work with the team to ensure cleanroom operating parameters such as relative humidity, room pressurization, particle, airborne molecular contaminant, ESD are within its specification.

Urgency in executing containment action upon facilities operating parameters out of specification followed by root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action.

Analyze system performance and capacity including propose reasonably practical engineering solutions for robustness improvement.

Follow up on comprehensive maintenance plan and checklist thru Computerized Management Maintenance System.

Plan and execute scheduled preventive & corrective maintenance.

Manage Spare Part Inventory systematically.

Prepare detail Request For Quotation, vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase requisition, service rendered evaluation and invoicing.

Manage and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and projects.

Manage Permit-To-Work application including reviewing Risk Assessment, Method Statement and other related documents. (Attend to critical interfacing to life system and get approval from production before start works)

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Extensive knowledge of excel office suite
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
