- Apply caulking and sealants to prevent leaks and ensure waterproofing
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials safely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Sider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions. As a Sider, you will be responsible for installing siding on Multi-family buildings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive high-quality workmanship and durable roofing solutions.
Experience
- Proven experience in siding or related construction fields
- Must have Fall arrest
- Must have own vehicle & hand tools
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in roofing tasks
- Knowledge of carpentry principles is highly desirable
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights safely
- Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, enhancing versatility on the job site
Licence/Certification
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Fall Arrest (preferred)
What we offer
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
