该职位主要涉及 Oracle 数据库优化、存储过程开发及 Java 后端系统建设，同时需要接触并支持大数据相关技术。

岗位职责

• 负责公司软件产品及项目中的数据分析功能开发及数据库业务逻辑实现。
• 根据业务需求进行系统设计、开发、测试、部署及日常维护。
• 负责 Oracle 及 OceanBase 数据库开发，包括存储过程（Stored Procedures）、程序包（Packages）、触发器（Triggers）及函数（Functions）的编写与维护。
• 配置、构建及测试系统技术组件，确保系统功能完整及运行稳定。
• 分析、排查并解决系统缺陷、性能瓶颈及数据库相关问题。
• 优化 SQL 查询语句，提升数据库处理效率及系统整体性能。
• 使用 MongoDB、ClickHouse 及相关第三方插件，支持大规模数据查询与处理。
• 参与 RESTful API 开发及系统整合工作。
• 与跨部门团队紧密合作，确保项目顺利实施及按时交付。
• 根据项目需求及业务发展，灵活调整工作职责及任务范围。

技术要求

• 熟练掌握 Java SE / Java EE 及面向对象编程（OOP）。
• 熟悉 MVC（Model-View-Controller）架构。
• 具备 Spring Framework、MyBatis / iBatis 的实际开发经验。
• 具备扎实的 SQL 查询优化及数据库性能调优经验。
• 精通 Oracle 数据库性能优化及存储过程开发。
• 具备多线程编程及系统性能优化经验。
• 熟悉 RESTful API 及系统整合模式。
• 熟悉 SVN、Git 等版本控制工具。
• 熟悉 Redis、Kafka 等相关技术。
• 具备 MongoDB、ClickHouse 或大数据处理环境相关经验者优先。
• 具备使用 AI 辅助编程工具（如 Cursor、Claude Code）经验者优先。

任职资格

• 至少 4–5 年 Java 后端开发相关工作经验。

语言要求

• 具备良好的英语沟通能力。
• 具备普通话沟通能力者优先，以便与华语客户及业务合作伙伴进行日常沟通。

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to develop reporting modules, implement database business logic, and optimize system performance across the company's software products and projects.

This role focuses on Oracle database optimization, stored procedure development, and Java backend system development, while also involving exposure to and support for big data technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle large-scale data processing and high-concurrency workloads in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data analysis functionalities and database business logic for the company's software products and projects.
• Perform system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Oracle and OceanBase databases, including Stored Procedures, Packages, Triggers, and Functions.
• Configure, build, and test system components to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system defects, performance bottlenecks, and database-related issues.
• Optimize SQL queries and improve overall database efficiency and system performance.
• Utilize MongoDB, ClickHouse, and relevant third-party plugins to support large-scale data queries and processing.
• Participate in RESTful API development and system integration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and adapt to changing project requirements as needed.

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java SE / Java EE and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Good understanding of Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and MyBatis / iBatis.
• Solid experience in SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
• Strong expertise in Oracle database optimization and stored procedure development.
• Experience in multithreading and system performance optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and system integration patterns.
• Proficiency in version control tools such as SVN and Git.
• Familiarity with Redis and Kafka.
• Experience with MongoDB, ClickHouse, or big data environments will be an added advantage.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code will be an added advantage.

Language Requirements

• Good English communication skills.
• Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage for daily communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
