Job Description & Requirements

1. Day to day Operations and management for 3 outlets (4th outlet expansion is in-progress )

1. Billing and Accounts needs to be co-ordinated with Accounts/Auditing team on weekly basis.

1. Human resources management. Staff attendance, entry and exit timing management in software system.

1. Maintain inventory and stocks (Supplier management)

1. Fixing the menu for the day and arranging the stocks accordingly in advance

1. Create/Handle Social media marketing / Digital marketing

1. Maintain high standards of hygiene

1. Catering management, Packaging and delivery should be handled in efficient way to maintain the cost.

Requirements

1. Fluent in English/Tamil/Mandarin/Malay (atleast 2 combinations Mandatory) to handle customer service

1. Food safety course from SFA is mandatory

1. Knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel (Certification will be added advantage)

1. Nutrition certificate will be added advantage

What we offer

1. Monthly 2 days off based on work load staff availability.

Other

1. Should be ready for extended hours (Morning 5 AM to 11 PM) with multiple small breaks

1. Ready to handle different timings and need to handle all the outlet queries and shifts
