What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities): Act as central administrator for the MAGTF C2 COTS software portfolio across fielded, lab, test, and training assets.
Ensure all software license assignments are approved by the PM MAGTF C2 representative (currently the PSS Team Lead).
Draft license management procedures for Government approval and perform the administrative and tracking tasks supporting COTS license management.
Establish and manage the procurement timeline — maintain configuration status, license expiration and renewal schedules, and purchase order status trackers.
Produce COTS portfolio cost forecasts (including fair share allocation) and regular software utilization and accounting summaries from the PMO-approved tracking tool.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements): Demonstrated history of delivering software license , asset , or procurement tracking — 4 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix.
Bachelor's degree.
Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
Advanced spreadsheet skill and genuine comfort owning a recurring reporting cycle.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with COTS license renewal cycles or IT asset management tooling.
Familiarity with Government procurement workflows and purchase order tracking.
Exposure to DoD sustainment or product support organizations.
Detail-oriented to the point of mild obsession — this role rewards it.
