What You’ll Do

The Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing is an execution-focused role that supports the operational backbone of the Global GTM & Channel Strategy team. This individual ensures accuracy across key trackers, timelines, and tools, enabling seamless execution of global go-to-market plans and channel governance processes.

Support execution of global GTM plans by maintaining key trackers, timelines, and planning tools

Own updates to the global launch calendar, ensuring accuracy across all cross-functional inputs

Provide operational support across GTM execution (commercial readiness) and channel governance processes

Coordinate cross-functional meetings, materials, and follow-ups to ensure smooth GTM operations

Support development and distribution of launch toolkits and GTM materials

Maintain channel governance trackers, including assortment, exclusivity, and pricing monitoring

Assist in distributor market coordination, reporting, and compliance tracking

Support post-launch reporting and performance tracking

What You’ll Be Working On

Managing launch calendars, prioritization trackers, and GTM planning tools

Coordinating toolkit development and distribution across regions

Tracking pricing, promotions, and channel activity across markets

Supporting distributor reporting and governance processes

Building post-launch recap reports and performance dashboards

Must Haves

4+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or commercial operations roles

Strong organizational and project management skills

Comfortable working with data, trackers, and reporting tools

Strong written and presentation skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented

Bachelor’s degree required

Salary Range $80,000 — $90,000 USD
