Special Project Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Special Project Manager to join our team. The Ideal candidates need to have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field,  1-3 years of technical project management experience  in gaming, software, or other regulated industries, proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence), problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.  

Regulated Market Entry:  

• Plan and lead projects for entering regulated markets, ensuring all technical requirements are

identified, documented, and implemented effectively.  

• Collaborate with regulatory bodies, and consultants to understand market-specific standards and

oversee the technical implementation of compliance measures.  

• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery of platform and products modifications and

integrations required for certification.  

Technical Compliance Management:  

• Monitor updates to regulations in existing markets, ensuring all technical aspects of the platform

remain compliant.  

• Act as the point of contact for audits, renewals, and any technical inquiries from regulatory

authorities.  

Cross-Functional Coordination:   

• Liaise with internal departments, including development, QA, legal, and compliance, to align

project goals and ensure a unified approach.  

• Foster strong communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track and within scope.

Testing and Certification:   

• Manage comprehensive testing processes, including internal QA and external certification with

regulatory bodies.  

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing to meet regulatory deadlines.

Process Improvement:  

• Proactively identify and implement improvements in workflows to enhance the efficiency of

compliance-related projects.  

• Utilize project management tools and techniques to streamline task tracking and reporting.

General Responsibilities:  

• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job

description and do not contradict the labor code.  

Experience in managing compliance or certification projects, with a track record of delivering results

Good understanding of APIs, database systems, and regulatory reporting frameworks

Ability to perform manual testing using tools such as Postman and other relevant tools to validate   integrations and troubleshoot issues

Deep knowledge of project management methodologies

Experience working closely with C-level executives and leadership teams

Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian, both written and verbal.
