Payments Project Manager

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

         Partner Management & Onboarding

Manage legal agreements with payment service providers to ensure full compliance with betting regulations and internal policies

Lead and coordinate the onboarding process of new payment partners, ensuring smooth integration with all required systems

Maintain transparent, consistent communication with all providers to foster strong, long-term partnerships

                  Payments Operations & Issue Resolution

Act as the main point of contact for daily operational matters related to payment processing

Address and resolve payment-related issues quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted customer transactions

Monitor performance metrics of payment partners to ensure quality, stability, and operational efficiency

                 External Representation

Represent the company at international iGaming and betting events, industry exhibitions, and networking forums

Build new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to support company expansion into new markets  

  Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to ensure seamless execution of payment operations

Support product managers with payment-related improvements, feature rollouts, and integrations 

Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 

At least 1 year of experience in marketing, event marketing, or trade show marketing 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field 

At least 2 years of experience in payment operations or financial services within the iGaming or gambling industry 

Good knowledge of English and Russian languages

Experience managing legal agreements and working with compliance frameworks

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented approach

Ability to represent the company professionally at international events

Analytical skills for identifying trends and improving payment processes

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
