Location: Galway, Republic of Ireland

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional client service? At Sodexo, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of managing technical services, engineering teams, and key client relationships.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and identify opportunities for contract growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational management teams, creating a high-performing culture.
• Support contract mobilisations, service transformations, and capital projects while driving innovation and best practice.

What we are looking for:

• Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated facilities management contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management, and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
• A proven ability to improve operational performance and grow client accounts.
• A qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline is desirable, along with professional memberships or HSE qualifications such as IWFM, IOSH, CIBSE, IET, or NEBOSH.
