Sales Director

WE’RE HIRING: SALES DIRECTOR Seoul Playground | Trading Card Game (TCG) Retail Are you passionate about sales, trading card games, and building a thriving community? Seoul Playground is looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Director to lead our sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the TCG industry. We specialise in Pokémon TCG, One Piece TCG, and Riftbound, serving collectors, competitive players, and TCG enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

• Business Development:

Build relationships with distributors, suppliers, collectors, resellers, and strategic partners locally and internationally.

• Commercial Strategy:

Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and business expansion initiatives.

• Inventory & Pricing:

Work closely with the team on product sourcing, stock planning, pricing strategies, and market trends.

• Customer Relationships:

Strengthen customer loyalty and develop long-term relationships with key clients and the TCG community.

• Events & Promotions:

Drive sales through tournaments, card shows, exclusive product launches, and promotional campaigns.

• Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially savvy, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business results.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Pokémon TCG, One Piece TCG, Riftbound, or the collectibles industry is a strong advantage.
• An established network within the TCG or collectibles community would be an added advantage.
