CNC MACHINIST

·      Plan machining tasks by studying engineering drawings to understand general dimensions and tolerances ·      Program CNC machines by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, and setting tools and parameters accurately ·      Operate and manage all CNC machine mechanisms to maintain efficient production ·      Verify machine settings by measuring first-off parts and comparing them against engineering drawings to ensure accuracy ·      Maintain safe operation and handling of CNC machines at all times to prevent accidents and ensure workplace safety ·      Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines to reduce downtime and extend machine lifespan
