SEA Country Manager (Chemical MNC)

Responsibilities Develop and execute Southeast Asia business strategies aligned with regional and global objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Take full ownership of financial performance, budgeting, EBITDA growth, margin optimisation, cost efficiency and cash conversion cycle. Drive sales growth, identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers, uppliers and partners Oversee and improve production, supply chain and distribution operations to enhance efficiency, competitiveness and business performance. Champion commercially viable product and process development initiatives, driving innovation, sustainability and successful market commercialisation. Ensure legal entity governance, regulatory compliance, EHS standards and appropriate organisational controls to safeguard business operations. Build and develop a high-performing leadership team, establish effective organisational structures and drive accountability towards business KPIs.
