Scentsorylab Bali is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Admin to join our team.

Anforderungen

Female/Male, max. 35 years old Min. 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, receptionist, or a related role Fluent in English (written & spoken), comfortable communicating with customers Highly detail-oriented, especially with numbers, dates, bookings, payments, and customer data Well-organized, able to multitask, and work independently Proactive, responsible, and a fast learner Able to follow SOPs and maintain proper documentation Friendly, professional, and presentable Willing to work on-site in Kuta, Bali (5 working days) Willing to undergo a 2-month probation period
