ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Manage overall electrical project execution, including planning, design coordination, construction, contract compliance, budget, quality, and safety.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Monitor site operations, manpower deployment, subcontractor performance, and work progress.

Monitor project schedules, milestones, costs, and budget performance to ensure timely completion within the approved budget.

Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors on progress claims, cost monitoring, and claims certification with clients and subcontractors.

Conduct regular project coordination meetings, subcontractor meetings, and site safety meetings.

Oversee technical matters and ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and relevant standards.

Ensure compliance with applicable Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and project quality and safety plans.

Manage project documentation in accordance with company procedures and applicable ISO standards.

Assist in tender submissions, including the preparation and review of technical proposals.

Report project progress, technical issues, costs, and site matters directly to the Project Director.
