Logistic executive (up to $4500)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full order process from receiving customer orders to shipment and delivery.
- Review and process customer orders accurately according to company policies and SOPs.
- Plan shipment schedules and coordinate loading to meet customer requirements.
- Process and update orders in the ERP/system accurately and on time.
- Place orders with suppliers and make bookings with carriers/service providers.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, carriers and other partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor order and shipment status, and follow up on any delays or issues.
- Handle shipment changes, amendments and exceptions, such as booking changes, delays, destination changes and air freight.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Check packing lists against customer orders and update the system once loading is completed.
- Ensure all orders are completed and closed properly in the system.
- Track order fulfilment performance and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date order and shipment information.
- Support data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all activities follow company SOPs and policies.
Requirement:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in order processing with problem solving skill, preferably in supply chain function
- Experience in a planning role
