Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, GitHub, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates' experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

Build a strong talent pipeline and stay updated on IT market trends and salary benchmarks.

Manage multiple vacancies and monitor recruitment KPIs to ensure efficient hiring.

Maintain good knowledge of other HR functions, including Personnel, Payroll, OD, Performance Management, Training & Development, and Employee Relations.

Support other HR activities when needed.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Good understanding of IT roles and recruitment platforms.

Knowledge of general HR functions and basic labor law.

Strong communication, organizational, and interviewing skills.

Good command of English.
