Job Description

Account Analyst (Billing & Customer Service)

Explore an exciting opportunity in the insurance sector for our client, where you will contribute to customer billing support, resolve inquiries, and help deliver a seamless service experience. What is in it for you:

? Hourly salary of $19.14.

? 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.

? Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

? Hybrid position with 3 on-site days per week, subject to change.

? Approximately 2 weeks of on-site training.

? Rotating shifts within call centre hours.

? Monday to Friday operating hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

? Saturday operating hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

? Handle approximately 50 inbound billing-related calls per day.

? Provide customer service support to licensed insurance advisors, contact centre staff, insurance branch staff, and customers.

? Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with insurance partners and underwriters.

? Support inbound billing inquiries.

? Communicate clearly, effectively, and empathetically with customers by telephone and email to resolve issues.

? Interpret customer needs and respond appropriately and professionally.

? Gather relevant information systematically to support customer inquiries and facilitate seamless interactions.

? Take ownership of customer relationships through service and commitment to follow through on inquiries.

What you will need to succeed:

Required qualifications

? 1-2 years of experience in a contact centre environment.

? Professional telephone and email communication skills and etiquette.

? Proficiency with word processing software.

? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

? Proficiency with web-based programs.

? Proficiency with Windows applications.

Preferred qualifications

? Experience in the insurance industry.

? Experience in the banking industry.
