Scrum Master [Onsite at Pulomas Jakarta]

Scope of Work:

Manage all development processes within the dealership product team:

Facilitating agile & SAFe events

Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Actively control the quality of products itself that managed by the product team.

Removing Impediments & Enhancing Productivity

Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues).

Work with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges.

Encouraging Team Collaboration & Self-Organization

Requirement:

Placement at the Pulomas office

Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

More than 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master

Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role

Experience in software development as a Developer/Programmer is preferrable

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Proficient in English (written and oral)

Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and English proficient (written and oral)

Ready to join immediately.

Willing to sign 6-12 months contract

Willing to work onsite from Client Office at Pulomas Jakarta
