OPERATIONS MANAGER – READY MIX

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across all Ready Mix operations. Oversee and coordinate: Outbound Logistics Production & Quality Inbound Logistics (Raw Materials)

Ensure continuous availability of raw materials to support uninterrupted production. Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives. Monitor departmental performance and ensure operational KPIs are consistently achieved. Foster seamless coordination between Production, Logistics, Maintenance, and other support functions. Champion quality assurance, health & safety, and environmental compliance across all operations. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best operational practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in an Operations Management role. Experience within the Ready Mix Concrete, Construction, Manufacturing, Quarry, Cement, or related heavy industrial sectors will be a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary operational teams. Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and people management abilities. A hands-on leader capable of delivering results under pressure.
