Core Responsibilities Develop and update 3D architectural BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD.
Produce construction drawings, details, and schedules from BIM models.
Coordinate design inputs with architects, engineers, and consultants.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts across disciplines.
Ensure compliance with BCA BIM standards and authority submission requirements.
Maintain BIM libraries, families, and project databases.
Support project documentation, cost estimation, and material tracking.
Uphold accuracy and timeliness of BIM deliverables.
