What you’ll get to do

At PlanRadar , we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for a strategic (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner who’s passionate about finding and hiring exceptional talent. If you're excited about driving recruitment in Sales, Development, Product etc for a growing SaaS scale-up, this one’s for you!

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

Partner with business leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs.

Develop smart, data-driven hiring strategies aligned with business goals.

Proactively source and engage top active and passive talent.

Work closely with HRBPs to align hiring with workforce planning.

Drive process improvements, from metrics, AI features to tooling.

Be a PlanRadar ambassador, promoting our EVP and culture at every touchpoint.

WHO YOU ARE

You have proven experience recruiting different roles in-house.

You have a strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.

You are familiar with SaaS and fast-paced, evolving TA environments.

You are data-savvy: use metrics to steer decisions and improve results.

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative, proactive attitude.

You have excellent spoken and written German and business English skills.
