CNC Manufacturing Engineer - $5K

CNC Manufacturing Engineer Create, verify & optimize Esprit / Camworks programs for Swiss-type components

Perform machine setup, parameter tuning & first-article inspection

Participate in DFM reviews; advise on design optimization for manufacturability, cost & yield

Create & maintain product BOMs and manufacturing Routings in BC (Business Center) / ERP system

Resolve production issues: dimension drift, surface finish, tool wear & cycle time

Support FMEA, Control Plan updates & SPC monitoring

Maintain process records, FAIRs & SOPs; support NPI & continuous improvement

Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering; Advanced Machining / Milling Technology Diploma is also acceptable Min. 2 years hands-on experience in CNC auto lathe programming & mass production processes Salary: Up to $5K Location: East of Singapore Interested candidates are welcome to email resume to jazmin@personnellink.com.sg and CC to career@personnellink.com.sg
