A great business with a loyal customer base is continuing to grow, and that growth has created a new opportunity within its finance team.

Working closely with the Finance Director, you’ll take responsibility for producing the monthly management accounts and providing a clear picture of how the business is performing. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll be close to the numbers and the people using them.

You’ll have the freedom to organise the work in a way that suits you and shape the monthly accounts process as the business develops. There’s no rigid structure to squeeze into and no one looking over your shoulder: the company wants someone who can take responsibility and get on with the job.

You’ll also play an important part in helping an apprentice who’s working towards his AAT. You’ll be a source of support as he develops, sharing your experience and helping him build confidence.
