Head of Technical office Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Technical Office Engineer to lead and manage the Technical Office activities and ensure the successful delivery of our projects with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all Technical Office functions including shop drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Review, coordinate, and approve technical drawings and documents in compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and variation orders.
- Provide technical support and solutions for site execution challenges.
- Ensure alignment between technical office deliverables and project schedules.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate Technical Office Engineers.
.*Qualifications & Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Technical Office roles,
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and specifications.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Excel, Revit and relevant engineering software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
