Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.

Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Track team performance, sprint progress, and key Agile metrics.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Support multiple Agile teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Previous experience working in a SaaS company is required .

Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Agile frameworks.

Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
