What Makes You Successful

You're a confident, experienced RN who thrives on independence and variety. You enjoy the challenge of managing complex cases and making autonomous clinical decisions while knowing when to collaborate with your team. You're an excellent teacher who can break down complex medical information into understandable terms for patients and families. You're patient, adaptable, and comfortable working in varied home environments, from well-appointed houses to more challenging settings. You're organized and self-directed, able to manage your schedule, prioritize competing demands, and handle the daily changes that come with community-based nursing. You understand that home health nursing isn't just about clinical skills - it's about building trust, respecting patients' autonomy in their own homes, and working toward independence rather than dependence.

Why Join Us?

This position requires daily travel to patient homes and occasional facility visits within your service area. You'll work independently in varied home environments, adapting to different settings and patient situations throughout your day. Schedule changes are common based on patient needs, new admissions, and staffing requirements. Flexibility is essential, and on-call responsibilities may be required. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance.
